The protocol I am using is very simple.

Order of events:
- Introduce your parent/guardian to your teacher
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in class
- Share your checklist/wiki
- Ask for feedback
- Shake hands

Parents wrote the nicest things to their children. Things like "I am proud of you." I got a little choked up today. Families actually hugged. This is my type of thing. Communion and sharing.
